On March 31, 1998, a bouncing baby boy by the name of La’Warrior Sir’ Charles, affectionally known as “Pooh” and “Lil’ Man” (by his granddaddy), was born to the parentage of Mr. La’Warrior Charles Gardner and Ms. Anginette Dodson Williams at Sumter Regional Hospital in Sumter County.

He received his education from Americus–Sumter High School, where he graduated with the dynamic class of 2017. He furthered his education at South Georgia Technical College earning a diploma in barbering giving him the title of Master Barber.

Sir’ Charles accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his Savior at an early age. He was a member of New St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, Americus, GA under the leadership of Pastor Michael Walker. Later, he joined the Bethlehem Baptist Church in Byromville, GA under the leadership of Pastor Jerry Sanders.

Sir’ Charles was employed with the Department of Corrections with the Macon State Prison as a Juvenile Corrections Officer. He loved life and was a young man of numerous talents: artist, exquisite culinary cook after working as a waiter at Madea’s Diner, and was known as “Fresh Da Barber” for his fresh haircuts at Heritage Barbershop.
