Ms. Juanita Sampson

Ms. Juanita Sampson was born in Schley County, Georgia June 13, 1946, to the parentage of the late Mr. Felton Adams and the late Mrs. Leomie Minter Adams. She received her education in the public schools of Schley County. For over 20 years, she was employed at Walmart Department Store in Americus, Georgia, retiring as a Personnel Manager. At an early age, she joined Oak Grove Baptist Church, Ellaville, Georgia. She is preceded in death by two brothers: Mr. Fletcher Adams and Mr. Arthur Lee Adam; and four sisters: Mrs. Annie Clara Green, Ms. Nettie Pearl Adams Howard, Mary Virginia Raven and Bobbie Jean Adams.

She leaves to cherish in her memories: daughter, Mrs. A. Michelle Ellerby; son-in- law, Mr. William “Mitch” Ellerby, Jr; grandson, William “Mitchell” Ellerby, III, all of Ocean Springs, MS; one aunt Ms. Emma Minter, Ellaville, GA; a brother-in-law, Mr. Robert Green, Myrtle Beach, SC; six nieces: Ms. Ivy McGrady, Jonesboro, GA; Ms. Debbie Tyson, Columbus, GA; Ms. Kristin Raven-Johnson, Americus, GA; Ms. Danielle Green, Myrtle Beach, SC; Mrs. Wanda Lee Adams-Bush and Ms. Pamela Adams, both of Bloomfield, CT; four nephews: Mr. Andrew (Idella) Thomas, Columbia, SC; Mr. Alexander (Verna) Thomas, Americus, GA; Mr. Robert Green, Jr., Myrtle Beach, SC and Mr. Mark Adams, Bloomfield, CT and a host of great nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends, including devoted friends, Thomas E. Sims, Sr. and Debra Shelton Williams also survive.
